The SRAM Rival 22 Rim Brake Set includes one brake caliper each for the front and rear wheel, providing reliable, powerful deceleration for classic road bikes with rim brakes. The sleek, cold-forged aluminum arms with a dual-pivot design ensure high stiffness, precise modulation, and a sporty look on your bike.

Compared to older Rival models, the design has been revised and now offers more tire clearance for modern 28 mm (28c) tires – ideal in combination with current, wide wheels such as the Zipp Firecrest models. This allows you to benefit from more comfort and grip without sacrificing crisp braking performance.

The pre-assembled SwissStop brake pads with adjustable holders guarantee strong braking power and a great feel at the lever, even in wet conditions. Convex washers facilitate precise alignment of the pads with the braking surface. The set is compatible with mechanical SRAM road bike brake levers, making it a perfect fit for a unified SRAM Road cockpit.
