As we are not a traditional retail store, but rather a warehouse with a shipping operation, pickups work a little differently than at a regular bike shop.

Please ring the bell at the entrance when you arrive and wait there briefly.
For insurance reasons, customers are unfortunately not permitted to enter the warehouse — but of course we will bring your order directly to the door for you.

How Pickup Works
1. Place Your Order
Add your desired items to the cart and select the “Pickup” option during checkout.
2. Pay for Your Order
Your order must be fully paid before pickup.
3. Ready for Pickup
In most cases, your order will be ready for pickup within approximately 3 hours.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.
4. Collect Your Order
Simply stop by during our pickup hours and collect your order.

Pickup takes place at our warehouse in Würzburg.
