A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RAAAD.de Bikeshop GmbH, Otto-Hahn-Str. 7, 97080 Würzburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 175 1020068, Email: info@raaad.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight forwarding goods), the direct return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 100 per such item.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
