The Newmen Evolution A.30 rear wheel in 29" with Boost 12 x 148 mm hub spacing and a 6-bolt brake rotor mount is the ideal choice if you want to equip your MTB with a wide, high-performance rear wheel. The aluminium rim's 30 mm internal width provides your tyres with a stable contact surface and allows low tyre pressures - for excellent grip, ample comfort and plenty of cornering traction, even in demanding off-road conditions.

The rim is designed as Hookless Tubeless Ready. With suitable tubeless rim tape, a valve and sealant, the rear wheel can easily be converted to tubeless use. This gives you a lower risk of punctures, improved rolling performance and maximum traction on technical trails.

At the centre of the rear wheel is a 2nd-generation Newmen FADE hub with a Shimano Micro Spline freehub body. It is particularly quiet, offers efficient power transfer and is optimally matched to modern 12-speed Shimano cassettes. Combined with the 28 double-butted spokes, this creates a stiff yet durable rear wheel for cross-country, trail, all-mountain and enduro riding.
