Full-time would be ideal - but part-time or morning hours are also possible. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about e-commerce, bike parts, customer service and a pragmatic team.
Who we are
RAAAD.de is a fast-growing e-commerce bike shop from WĂĽrzburg. We sell high-quality bike parts, bikes and clearance deals through our online shop.
Our day-to-day work is practical, fast-paced and hands-on - not a corporation with long meetings, but a young team that rolls up its sleeves and gets things done together.
Full-time: Operations & E-Commerce
Würzburg | 30–40 hours/week | Start immediately
Ideal for someone who wants to take on long-term responsibility and play an active role in the day-to-day business.
Part-time: Customer service & organization
Würzburg | Approx. 15–25 hours/week | Mornings possible
Well suited to people returning to work, parents or anyone who enjoys working in an organized, reliable and customer-friendly manner.
Your responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries & complaints
- Support with day-to-day business & operations
- Coordinate returns and warranty cases
- Support with shipping & warehousing as needed
- Maintain products & data in the online shop
- Improve and document processes
- Support with video/content topics possible
What you should bring
- Structured and independent way of working
- Reliability & ability to work in a team
- Friendly manner with customers
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Interest in e-commerce or bicycles
An advantage, but not required
- Knowledge of bicycles or mechanics
- Experience with Shopify, ChatGPT or e-commerce
- Experience in customer service or warehousing/operations
