We determine the price!

We guarantee that you will receive the best price for every item in our range. If you find one or more items on a German website or in a retail store in Germany at a lower price than ours, we will match the same price.

Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply when claiming the Best Price Guarantee:

1. The competing offer must be from a website operated from Germany according to the respective provider information (legal notice), or from a retail store located in Germany.

2. The competing offer must be current on the day of the request.

3. The competing item must be available for delivery.

4. The competing price must include all additional costs, such as shipping costs.

5. The competing offer must come from a commercial provider.

6. The manufacturer, type, and model of the competing offer must match our offer.

7. The competing item must be new and in its original packaging.

8. It must not be an obviously erroneous competing offer, such as a price typo.

9. Best Price offers cannot be combined with other discount systems.

10. Sales are limited to customary household quantities.

 Procedure

If you find a lower-priced offer from another provider, send us a link to the relevant competing offer or another suitable proof of price, such as a photo, along with a precise list of the items you want by email to felix@raaad.de. We will then send you an offer by email as soon as possible.
