With the DT Swiss Ratchet EXP Hybrid freehub body made of steel, you can equip your DT Swiss rear hub with Ratchet EXP system for modern SRAM XD 11- and 12-speed cassettes. Thanks to its hybrid construction, this freehub body is specially designed for high torque - ideal for powerful riders, e-MTBs, and demanding trail use.

The robust steel body resists notches caused by individual sprockets significantly better than aluminum freehub bodies and ensures a permanently clean cassette seating surface. Inside, DT Swiss's proven Ratchet EXP toothed-disc freehub system operates with sealed industrial bearings - durable, reliable, and virtually maintenance-free.

The kit is designed for 12x148 mm Boost rear axles and includes the appropriate right end cap. This allows you to quickly and cleanly convert many DT Swiss Ratchet EXP wheels from another freehub standard to SRAM XD - for example, if you want to upgrade to a 12-speed XD drivetrain.
